agistrate's Court ex p B [1995] 4 All ER 526 in een sin, sonder kommas,
te omsluit. Hiermee dan haar sin:
A witness at the committal proceedings brought against his stepfather at
Derby Magistrates' Court for murder appealed with leave of the Appeal
Committee from the decision of the Queen's Bench Divisional Court
(McCowan LJ and Gage J) delivered on 21 October 1994 whereby it refused
his applications for judicial review of the issue on 21 June and 8 August
1994 by the stipendiary magistrate hearing the committal proceedings of
witness summonses pursuant to s 97 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1978 to
his solicitor in defence of a charge of murder of the same victim as that
alleged to have been killed by his stepfather.
Wat merkwaardig is, is dat geen weglating van 'n komma in
daardie sin stylisties verkeerd is nie. Sy het uiteindelik minder woorde
gebruik as wat omskrywing sou verg. Die feite is baie akkuraat vasgevat.
Dit lees net 'n bietjie moeilik :-).
