The search engine, Google.com, is used by 53% of the global Internet
population. Google has added an option under www.google.com/preferences to
change the default display language from English to one of 89 other
languages, including Afrikaans, Xhosa and Zulu. At the top of the selection
list is Afrikaans and at the bottom is Xhosa and Zulu!

What does "Google" mean?"The site's name is word-play inspired by googol,
the term that describes the very large number of 10 to the 100th power
(which works out to 1 followed by 100 zeroes), which apparently suggested
the large number of Web pages that the search engine has indexed. Although
as yet somewhat short of a googol, Google's capabilities are nevertheless
impressive. According to an earlier estimate (when they could search 2
billion Web pages), Google says that the pages searched would create a
110-mile high pile of paper if they were printed out." (definition from
whatis.com)

Mens kan sê, dat googol is tien duisend 16-iljoen (dekasekstiljoen?) = tien

Nee dit is nie. Dis 'n metacrawler, met ander woorde, dit
deursoek ander search engines en gee vir jou die topantwoorde uit
die resultate. Buitendien sê dit vir my "results loading" en
niks meer nie.
