Here Bob, let me help you. Just call it PSN (Perd Sonder Naam). It means
Horse With no Name. You know, then you okes can also take it for a spin
through the dessert. I once heard that America has been through the dessert
on a horse with no name? Nowadays that oke in the dessert is a perd of a
different colour altogether, as we say in the (not so) wild west. It should
also be mention that nowadays they ride through the desserts on ysterperde.
(Iron horses.)
Sadly, I don't know what got into them to leave poor old Volksraad behind.
Maybe it's because " I've been through the dessert on old Volksraad with no
name" just doesn't make sense. However, once you get lost on the
aforementioned horse without name in the dessert, you can also endeavour to
establish a Volksraad. Just a thought.... used it or don't use it, as they
say in the marketing bussiness.
You will also do well to tune the other horse BZN (Band Zonder Naam). It
means Orkes Without Name, and it co-incidently rhymes fairly well with Perd
Sonder naam. That way you will also support an Afrikaans dialect, mostly
spoken in a small region of Europe called Hollowland. But best would be to
sommer loose the inhabitants of the aforementioned region in the dessert
while you're there.
Otherwise they'll soon turn Europe into a dessert all by themselves. (After
all, they've already started to move the sea line back :)

My dear Bob. I would have to know which
Volksraad you are talking about. Is it
the one that only had whites in it, or
the tricameral one that had some horses
of another colour added. Why don't you
ask the people of Zealand what they prefer,
ook sommer mos, man.
