This newsgroup is supposed to be about Afrikaans culture. If what I see
here is representative of Afrikaans culture, heaven help us. You are
all so hung up about the fuckin' Apartheid era tha you can't see past
the ends of your noses. Stop the bitchin'and moanin' and smell the
coffee, man!
Yeah, so everything is not hunky dory. But what's new 'bout that? The
previous "regime" (I HATE that word!) was a lot of wankers, so is the
new one. So is the USA's Bush-government and no doubt so will the
forthcoming Kerry-government also be. Learn to live WITH and USE the
system in your favour: dog eat dog, every man for himself and fuck the
rest, is what I say.
Or is it that your "culture" revolves around bitchin' and moanin'?
Can't you see the old hag from Canada is just stringin' you all along?
Everything she accuses you lot of, she does and much more, sometimes in
the very post that she harangues you with.

Christ, get over Douglas Adams. Very nice books but not much more than
gentle satire.
And to base youself on them to such a degree that you even take the
name!
If you are under 17 years old, maybe you will get away with it for a
short while. But only if you can follow it up with something of your
own that takes it further.
But you did not. So, talking about culture...... go get some before
you engage in things like this, OK?
P.S. Try Checkers, between the chicken and the cheese. There should be
a culture around there. Do swallow it.
