Johannesburg - A former television producer at the SABC, Sheila "Sma"
Dlikilili was found guilty on Tuesday of fraud involving almost R1m in
the Johannesburg regional court.
Dlikilili faced 36 counts of fraud.
The court found that during 1993 and 1994 "the accused, with the
assistance of others, recklessly squandered the SABC's money".
The case was remanded to September 30 for sentencing and mitigating
evidence.
Dlikilili cried bitterly on Tuesday when she was convicted on all the
charges against her.
