Whatever "service charge" and "Demand side management levy" is, if one
does one's sums, it seems that 318.56 PLUS 147.12 PLUS R16.00 is:
R481.68
If one subracts 87.28 (adjustment) the ammount is: R394.40.
Now calculate VAT at 14% and it is: R55.21
Now look at the VAT charged on my account - it is R137.43
Can you please rectify this? And can you please inform me for how long
VAT was illegally charged at illegal rates on my accounts?
