Nee, Kobus, dit is een "hoax". Het bericht dat je hebt gekregen is zelf het
virus (en nu dus ook mijn reactie op dit bericht :) :) :). Iedereen stuurt
het maar door en verspilt zo bandbreedte. Kijk maar op

of zoek eens bij Altavista op "hoax" en "win a holiday".
Is er eigenlijk een goed Nederlands of Afrikaans woord voor "hoax"?

Thanx ek het ook gaan soek op die net, want die file is nie enigsens in die
registery aangedui om op 'n sekere tyd te run nie ook in geen ander files
nie. Ek het eers nou net die e-mails ontvang wat sê dis 'n hoax. Los asb.
jou file system intact daar is geen virus nie.

Ongelukkig het ek 'n bietjie te vinnig gereageer op die ou se wat dit vir my
gestuur het se mail. Ek moes meer navorsing oor die saak gedoen het voor ek

En skuus vir my heftige reaksie hoor. Ek was oorhaastig maar dit was
om te keer dat mense hul rekenaars seermaak. Ek moes vanmôre een van
die klerke se rekenaars fomateer en alles oorlaai omdat sy dinge
gelaai het wat gebots het met wat sy op intranet het.
Ekskuus nog 'n keer, ek weet dat ek moes gedink het voor ek gereageer
het.

Hallo, elkeen!
Ek het die file inderdaad in my windows gevind en ek het sonet my
provider daaroor getelefoneer...
Hulle het gesê dis werklik 'n wurm: ek moet dit wegmaak!
Sorry as dit nie waar is nie! Ek het slegs nagevra...
Dit lyk my wel eienaardig: dis presies asof ek daardie
virus al eerder op my rekenaar gesien het. Die naam en
dit ikoontjie kom my baie bekend voor! Ek glo nie dit het
toe skade teweeggebring nie. Kan egter nie versigtig
genoeg wees nie!

Pas my rekenaar aangeskakel vanaand, toe skakel 'n doktersvriend my en
vertel my daarvan. Toe ek hom waarsku om dit nie uit te vee nie vertel
hy my van die 'kenner' status wat die mense wat hom gewaarsku het.
Die gesprek het geeindig waar hy genoem het dat hy dit reeds uitgevee
het maar dat hy darem vriende soos ek het wat die gemors sal gaan
regmaak as dit flop.
Ek weet nie of die boodskap by Zuma begin het nie maar dit is
internasionaal en daar ìs iemand wat die hoofdrol speel.

SULFNBK.EXE is 'n file wat gebruik word om 'DOS long file names' the kan
hanteer. Jy kan leef daarsonder. Dit kan ook 'n virus/wurm hê maar, kanse is
maar skraal. As dit afgehaal is kry dit weer van Windows se CD af.

Volgens mij is het bestand deel van Win98, maar niet Win95, NT of
Win2000. Ik weet het echter niet zeker...
