If you are so keen on sparing would be South African migrants to OZ the trauma of finding their feet why don't you give it away for free.
You're no better than those so called migration consultants who prey on desperate people who want to leave SA.

To prove how freely available the information that you are peddling is, I will be starting posting all the appropriate links that will assist migrants adjust smoothly to their new environment.

You like in Carine and may send your kids to Carine High school, but people will have to SEE the areas before they decide on things like schools.
Possibly you can recommend the slums of BALGA for migrants - nice and cheap ... good schools.
